FlowRewards Privacy Policy

FlowRewards is an activities and rewards application. This policy explains the information used to operate accounts, record activities, prevent fraud, and process eligible reward requests.

Information you provide

We collect your email address, account credentials handled by Firebase Authentication, age-eligibility confirmation, and information you voluntarily submit. You may optionally provide a display name or alias. If you request a payout, we collect the PayPal email and payout details needed to review and process it.

Activity and technical information

We process account ID, XP, reward-point balance, activity claims, streaks, rewarded-video verification events, payout history, and basic security or diagnostic information. Firebase may process device and network information needed to provide and protect its services. We use this information for app functionality, fraud prevention, security, and reliability.

Service providers

We use Google Firebase for authentication, database, and hosting, and Google AdMob to provide optional rewarded videos. AdMob may process IP-derived approximate location, device or app identifiers, advertising data, video interactions, crash logs, and performance information for ad delivery, frequency limits, reporting, fraud prevention, and service improvement. A payout may involve PayPal. These providers process information under their own privacy terms.

Advertising and sharing

We do not sell personal information. If you choose to watch a rewarded video, limited information is shared with Google AdMob to request, display, measure, and verify it. We request non-personalized ads and do not request App Tracking Transparency permission. Consent choices are presented where required and can be reviewed in Profile when available. We otherwise share information only as needed to operate the app, prevent abuse, comply with law, or process your request.

Retention, deletion, and choices

Data is kept while your account is active and as needed for security and reward operations. You can edit your display name, sign out, or delete the account inside Profile. Deletion removes the authentication account and active profile. Completed or legally required financial and anti-fraud records may remain in de-identified or restricted form.

Security and international processing

We use access controls, authenticated accounts, and database validation rules. No system is perfectly secure. Providers may process information outside your country subject to their safeguards and applicable law.
