Help with your account

For sign-in, XP, verified reward points, optional rewarded videos, or payout-request questions, email earnixadmin@gmail.com. Include your account email and any request ID. Never send your password.

Delete your account

In the app, open Profile & Settings → Delete account. After you re-enter your password and confirm, FlowRewards removes your login and active profile. See the Privacy Policy for limited retention exceptions.
