FlowRewards Terms of Service

Effective September 18, 2026

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use reward and payout services in your location. You are responsible for accurate account and payout information and for following local laws.

Account rules

Use one account for yourself and keep credentials secure. Do not automate activities, create duplicate accounts, misrepresent eligibility, or interfere with activity limits. Fraudulent or duplicate events may be rejected.

Activities and rewarded videos

The check-in and knowledge check award non-redeemable XP and reset only after the displayed interval. Focus and learning tools do not award XP or reward points. Reward points are available only from an optional rewarded video after secure server verification. Watching is never required to use the core wellbeing features, and clicking an advertiser does not increase the reward.

Points and reward requests

XP records activity progress and has no cash value. Reward points are promotional units, not money, deposits, or transferable property. The current conversion is 1,000 verified reward points = US$1.00. The app shows the minimum, exact estimated amount, and processing status before confirmation. Requests may be reviewed for security and eligibility. Provider fees, taxes, availability, or regional restrictions may apply.

No guaranteed income

FlowRewards is not employment, an investment, or a guaranteed income opportunity. Activities can change or be unavailable. Do not rely on expected rewards for essential expenses.

Suspension, deletion, and changes

We may restrict an account for fraud, automation, abuse, legal requirements, or material violations. You may delete your account in Profile. We may update features for safety, compliance, or reliability. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
